Discuss the UPIA grid

Form groups of 3 or 4.

Introduce yourselves. Select one reporter and one note taker.

Discuss:

  1. For each quadrant, generate some examples of a behavior or trait that belongs there.
  2. Which were easy and which were hard?
  3. Which ones were controversial? Why?

We will hear from each group’s reporter about what was easy, hard, and controversial.
